A Specialist Engineering Consultancy Built on Science & Precision

TierraSYNC Consultants Ltd. is a specialist Civil and Environmental Engineering Consultancy headquartered in Abuja, FCT. Founded in 2012 and Incorporated in 2024, we have grown into a trusted partner for Federal and State Governments, World Bank-funded programmes, and Private clients across Nigeria.

Our team combines deep expertise in Water Resources Engineering, Hydrological Modelling, GIS, and Civil Infrastructure design — enabling us to deliver fully integrated solutions across the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility and design, through to supervision and capacity building.

We have been consistently engaged on landmark national programmes including ACReSAL, NEWMAP, TRIMING, and RAAMP, reflecting the confidence international development partners and government agencies place in our technical and institutional capacity.

Design of dams, irrigation schemes, water supply networks, reservoir operations, hydraulic analyses, hydrological modelling, and catchment yield analysis.

Civil Infrastructure Design

Managing Director & Principal Consultant

Provides overall strategic and technical leadership for TierraSYNC. Directs the firm's engagement with Federal agencies, State governments, and international development partners across Nigeria's water resources and civil infrastructure sector.

Engr. Morgan OMALE

Technical Director

Oversees all engineering delivery functions including Engineering Design, GIS & Remote Sensing, Construction Supervision, and Quality Assurance & QHSE. Ensures technical rigour and standards compliance across TierraSYNC's project portfolio.

Afolake A. AGUNBIADE

Operations Director

Manages the firm's operational backbone — Human Resources & Administration, Legal and Compliance, Finance and Accounting, and ICT. Drives efficiency, governance, and institutional compliance across all business functions.

Gideon ALEJO
